Paid Pty Ltd is a Victorian based company servicing clients with properties Australia wide. Established in 2008, Paid Pty Ltd has made a name for itself servicing clients with Terms Contract and Rent to Buy properties.
Directors Lisa and Ian Fothergill have been involved in the Vendor Finance industry for many years and have a strong knowledge of both Terms Contacts and Rent to Buys as well as second mortgages.
Lisa had a background in traditional Real Estate, both sales and senior property management before expanding to Vendor Finance.
